Refugees Pour In
(Southern Cuborica): Thousands of Cubnian refugees have been formally accepted by the governments of Bosgovnia, Cupan, and Kosnia. However, sources inside these countries have expressed alarm at the uncertainties of how the influx of refuges will affect these countries resources.
Border Concerns

(Northern Cuborica): Human Rights officials said Tuesday that the closed border between Ricastan and Cuborica has significantly reduced the level of fuel, food, medicine, and other supplies that had previously passed into the area. This has severely affected those living in the disputed area and has contributed to a mass exodus of natives from the region.

The National Alliance released an official statement today:
From the National Government of Ricastan:
We the Boreacans in Ricastan especially with the weakening of the current national government would like to form a country that is better suited to the needs of the Boreacans. Our people are arrested and oppressed in Cuborica, and Ricastan will form a haven for Boreacans everywhere. We feel that this is a necessary step towards peace and stability in the region.
Below is the new map outlining the borders of Ricastan.

The Boreacan military massed armored vehicles near its southern border on Tuesday, called up several thousand reserve soldiers and warned residents of north Cuborica to flee, suggesting expanded ground operations may lie ahead.
